범어사에서는 대한불교조계종 제43회 단일계단 구족계 수계산림을 2023년 3월 11일부터 3월 20일까지 봉행하였습니다.
이에 선문화교육관은 9박10일동안 비구니 스님들의 수계식 및 교육 등 교육 스님들의 정진 공간으로 사용되었습니다.
열흘의 수계산림 기간동안 엄숙한 교육과정이 원활히 진행되어야 했기에, 외부인의 철저한 출입제한은 물론 2023학년도 금정불교대학 신입생분들의 출입 및 차량통제까지 불가피하게 진행되었습니다.
